History: There were four of these plants, but there are only three now. (I think the mailman tromped one into the ground during the winter of 2012-13. It never came up that spring.)
Care: I tend to cut these back in the fall when they die off a bit, but that’s about all that’s been done with them.
Notes:
2014 — All three of these were up and blooming by Memorial Day. They’re very bushy; might consider thinning them or trimming them to keep them from falling out so much.
2016 — Going to try to “deadhead” the flowering stalks to promote a second bloom.
